Every September 4, we come together to celebrate all things 904! Our people, our businesses, our neighborhoods, and our one-of-a-kind culture. Whether you’re a small business owner, a nonprofit leader, or a proud local, we have a 904 Day Toolkit to help you join the movement.

  1. Download the 904 Day digital toolkit.
  2. Encourage your customers to support you on 904 Day by sharing details on your social media.
  3. Share the 904 Day message with other businesses within your neighborhood or industry.
  4. Change one of your social media profiles or header photos to a 904 Day graphic on September 4.
  5. Send a newsletter to your customers 1-2 weeks ahead of 904 Day.
  6. Invite customers to leave a review for your business in advance of 904 Day.
  7. Post an update on your website about your 904 Day plans.
  8. Offer a special discount or package deal that aligns with 904 Day. For example, a $9.04 menu item, a display of local merchandise made in Northeast Florida, etc.
  9. Sell raffle tickets for a gift card or promotional giveaway in the weeks leading up to 904 Day, and pick a lucky winner on September 4.
  10. Create a flier with details about your 904 Day plans to post at your cashier station, door, or another high-visibility area within your business.
  11. Print copies of the 904 Day bingo card for individuals to share with customers in the week leading up to September 4.
  12. Open early (at 9:04 a.m.) or stay open late (until 9:04 p.m.) on 904 Day.
  13. Tag your favorite fellow local businesses, organizations, or groups in a special 904 Day shout-out post. (The more 904 Day love, the better!)
  14. Partner with a nonprofit organization to collect donations with your staff and customers through September 4, in honor of 904 Day.
  15. Post updates throughout 904 Day — don’t forget to use the hashtag! #904Day
